International Survey Sites

I think one of the best ways to earn extra money online is by taking paid surveys. There are a lot of companies available to choose from if you live in the US, UK, or Canada but if you don't it can sometimes be a bit tricky to find a reputable survey company to earn money with. Here is a list of resources and sites for those interested in taking free online surveys for money but don't happen to live in the US, UK, or Canada.

1. InternetPaidSurveys.com - provides a list of sites that allow international members to join for free..also contains some reviews of survey sites.

2. MySurvey123.com - I really like this site. It has a large free list of US and International survey companies. The forums on MySurvey123 are also a great place to learn about some high paying survey opportunities.

3. WhichSurveys.com - Another site that has a free database listing international paid survey sites.

4. SurveySavvy.com - A survey site that claims to accept member from all countries. I really like SurveySavvy it has a great referral program. You earn $1 for every survey someone you refer completes as well as a $1 for each survey one of their referrals completes.


Remember to research a site before joining. Googling the site name will often provide you with sites that link to either positive or negative reviews of survey sites. SurveyPolice.com is a great resource for anyone that takes paid surveys online and is often a good place to start when researching a survey site.

UniqueRewards.com

UniqueRewards is a GPT site (get paid to). You are paid to take surveys, visit websites, signing up for free offers, and you're also paid for shopping online.

Signing up to become a member is free and open to people that live in the US and Canada. Upon signing up you will receive a $5 sign up bonus. You will also earn an extra 10% for all actions completed during your first two days after registration. For each active person that you refer you will earn $5. The minimum cashout is $20. You can request your payment as either a check or paypal deposit. Members are paid weekly on Mondays.

InstantCashSweepstakes.com

InstantCashSweepstakes.com is a pretty unique survey site. You answer a quick 3 question survey and are awarded entry tickets into their weekly $250 cash prize drawing or you win small cash amounts for the survey. Once you have reached $2 you can cash out via paypal.

You can also invite your friends to join InstantCashSweepstakes.com. The more friends you can get to join the quicker you will earn and the more chances you will have at the weekly $250 giveaway because the site matches 100% of what your friends earn..in cash and tickets.

InstantCashSweepstakes.com is a member of a site called Get Satisfaction which is an independent third party service where businesses small and large have the opportunity to openly, honestly and transparently face their customers, provide customer support and face the tough questions. They have a lot of positive reviews and seem to pay rather fast.

InstantCashSweepstakes.com is currently only open to members that live in the US.

SurveySpot and Opinion Outpost Payment Requests

I requested a check last night from SurveySpot and Opinion Outpost.






SurveySpot is a great survey site. It's free to register and open to members in the USA, Canada, and UK. The only downside to SurveySpot is not all of the surveys you take are for cash. Some surveys only provide you with entries into their $25,000 cash sweepstakes. But the more surveys you take the better. You will find that if you actively participate you are offered several cash surveys a week. And they do pay. When I receive this most current check I will of course post a picture

Opinion Outpost is free to sign up (you should never pay a company to take surveys), just click on the Join button to get started. They will then have you fill in some basic information such as your name and address..you will need to fill this information in correctly so that you can receive your payments. Next they will have you complete a profile..be sure to fill this out. Your profile is what Opinion Outpost will use to match you with survey opportunities. Survey opportunities are emailed to you or you can log into your account to see your available open surveys.

Opinion Outpost is open to members is the USA and Canada.

This is my first time requesting a check from Opinion Outpost. Once payment is received I will post the proof. I am confident that I will receive payment because I have read tons of great reviews about this survey site and have seen others proof of payment.

Outright.com - Free Online Bookkeeping

Outright.com is a free (at some point in the future they will charge a small fee for more advanced features) website that tracks income and expenses, helps you estimate your taxes, and produces reports. This is a great free service for those that are self-employed, such as bloggers, free-lancers, or anyone that owns and operates a small business.

The site is extremely user friendly and allows you to import information from shoeboxed and freshbooks. Most of the testimonials I've read on the site state that it's much easier to use than Quickbooks.

If you do decide to give it a shot I'd love to here what you think about it.

Three Money Saving Tips

1. Combine your services and save some money. For about $100 a month, you can get cable or satellite TV, local and long-distance telephone service, plus high-speed Internet service. This is more often than not cheaper than it would cost for each service separately. The best money saving tips will give you more for less. Of course you will need to call your local phone provider or cable company to see the deals that are offered because every area is a bit different.

An added benefit to bundling your services is you will only need to pay just one bill, and you will have just one company to call if you have any issues.


2. If you have a good cell phone plan and you tend to use your cell phone the majority of the time, get rid of your land line. Depending on how much your land line bill is a month you could be saving about $50 a month. I recently did this. I was rarely using my home home and paying close to $50 a month for it. By getting rid of my land line I am saving myself $600 a year.

3. If you don't already have one get a library card. Rather than buying books or DVDs you will only look at once borrow them for free. Libraries also have magazines and newspapers, so you can save money on subscriptions as well. Libraries are also great sources of free entertainment. Check with your own local library but most offer book clubs and children programs that you can join for free.

SimpleGPT and Mindfield Payment Proofs

I have now been paid twice by Mindfield and SimpleGPT.

SimpleGPT is a get paid to site. You are paid to complete free offers and fill out surveys. This is the best GPT site that I have found to date. In my opinion it is much better than other "top" sites like cashcrate. I feel that SimpleGPT is better because it has instant paypal, there is almost always help available in the chatbox should you have a question, and Doug (the admin) is always running either a referral contest or offer completion contest (sometimes both) for cash prizes.

To date I have earned almost $110 with SimpleGPT and have only been a member for about 6 weeks now.

Mindfield Online is owned and operated by McMillion Research and has been in business for over 30 years. To become a member and start earning from surveys with Mindfield Online all you have to do is sign up and activate you account through an email they will send you. Once signed up be sure to complete the member questionaires, they are optional but help to target additional survey opportunities for you. Survey invitations will be sent to your email. So be sure to sign up with an email address you check frequently.

SlicethePie is a financing platform for the music industry that enables new and established Artists to raise money directly from fans and investors. On SlicethePie, music fans are paid to review new song tracks and artist. You help shape the careers of new and established artists. The better you are at rating and reviewing artists the more you are paid.


SlicethePie is managed from the UK but open to artists and fans everywhere. Membership is FREE . You will review and rate random, anonymous tracks in a Scout Room. In return, SlicethePie pays the Scout per review. The better at Scouting a Scout becomes, the more they get paid (and the more influence they have).For instance in a particular Scout Room, a 1 star Scout may earn £0.03 per review and a 5 star Scout will earn £0.15 per review. In order to increase your Scout star rating you will want to take an appropriate amount of time to listen to tracks and write well written reviews. Remember the more stars you have the more you earn per review and rating. With your Scout earnings you can invest in any Artist in a live Showcase, transfer money to your Trading Account to purchase Contracts or withdraw your money via PayPal.

As with any site I recommend you review their FAQ section before joining. That's just a good habit to get into, no matter the site.

Cash In On Your Old Cd's, DVDs, Video Games, and Books

Do you have old Cd's, DVDs, books, or video games you no longer play or want? If you do why not sell them to earn some extra money or trade them for media that you do want.

There are several sites on the web that will pay you for the media that you no longer need or want. Most of these companies will pay you by check or directly deposit the money into your paypal account. How much they offer you will depend on how "in demand" your media item is. They will also take into consideration the condition of the item. For instance, they will ask you if Cd's have scratches. Once you've made a deal with the company you will need to ship them the items. A lot of companies will pay for shipping but be sure to check the FAQ section on each site to determine individual policies.

Other sites on the net will allow you to trade your Cd's, DVDs, books, and video games with other members. Most of these sites require you to pay your own shipping costs but if you send the items through the Postal Services Medial Mail option it shouldn't cost you more than $2.50. Again, remember to view each sites FAQ section.

CashForCds.com - Allows you to sell your used Cd's, DVDs and games for cash. They will pay for shipping and payment is sent either through check or paypal based on what you request. SecondSpin.com - They claim to be the Internets largest buyer and seller of used Cd's, DVDs, and games. They have a most wanted list and will pay you $5 for any CD you sell to them that is on the list. You can sell your Cd's for either cash or store credit. You decide.

AbundaTrade.com - Trade your books, Cd's, video games, and DVDs for cash or merchandise. Items must be in good physical condition and value is assigned to the item based on current online demand. Customers are responsible for shipping the items.

SwapTree.com - List a CD, book, DVD, or video game you have to trade. SwapTree will then use a series of algorithms to determine what you can receive in trade for an item. Members are responsible for shipping items.

SwitchPlanet.com - A social networking site that allows you to make new friends, Join/Create Groups and most importantly trade your DVDs, CDs, Video Games and Books for free.

Payment Proofs - SendEarnings and ClixSense

On Monday I received two checks. One from ClixSense and one from SendEarnings. Here are my payment proofs.

As you can see the check from SendEarnings came from CotterWeb just like the check I received last month from InboxDollars (SendEarnings sister site).




The check from ClixSense was for $20.19 and the check for SendEarnings was for $27.23. Sorry for the terrible picture quality. I tried to improve it but wasn't very successful.

Snap Dollars is a site that will pay you to read email, complete offers, take surveys and play games. Every day you log in you will also earn tickets that can be redeemed for chances to play their daily lottery draws.

Like Vindale Research which was mentioned in a previous post the real money to be made at Snap Dollars is in your referrals. They will pay you $5 for each and every person that you can refer to the site. Cash out is only $30 so if you can refer 6 people you’ve already reached the minimum for payment which is sent in the form of a check.

If you join this site I recommend reading the emails that are sent directly to your email address and are worth 2 cents a peace and concentrating on referring your friends and family to the site. Of course if you want you can also complete some offers and do the surveys which will increase your earnings at a faster rate.

Membership to Snap Dollars is free and currently open to residents of the US and Canada. After signing up be sure to check your email for the confirmation link that is sent to you. You’ll earn a $5 bonus just for signing up.

HCD Surveys

HCD is currently looking to expand their MediaCurves panel. As a special promotion this week they are offering a 75 point reward ( 75 cents) for each person you’re able to have sign up and complete their profile. As a bonus your friend will receive 100 points for signing up ($1).

I’ve been a member of HCD for a few months now. I have not reached the 1000 ($10) point cash out level yet but have read on volition that people have received payment from them. They also have good reviews on surveypolice.com

The membership is free and the surveys are surprisingly interesting. Most of the surveys that I have received have been concerning political issues and involve watching a short TV or news clip and having your responses recorded. HCD also works closely with companies such as GE and Pfizer. It’s not uncommon to see results from their surveys or polls featured on MSNBC, Fox News, or in the Wall Street Journal.

WomenFreebies.com Monthly Contest

Last month I wrote a post about various Freebie Resources. The post included several links to sites that included forums, groups, and newsletters. I wanted to offer an update on one of those sites.

WomenFreebies.com - Each month they offer a contest for their new newsletter subscribers. This months prize is Catalyst Perfume by Halston. To enter the monthly contest all you have to do is sign up for their free newsletter and click on the activation link that will be sent directly to your email account. This contest is only open to US residents.

After you take a dying battery out of a digital camera, try to use it in a low-energy appliance, such as an alarm clock, or remote control.

If you have kids with lots of electronics consider investing in rechargeable batteries. It’s not uncommon for a good brand of rechargeable batteries to last for 5years. Imagine how much you’d be saving over time.

Electricity
Think about getting a power strip for all of your electronics that are in your living room, and then turn it off when you go to bed.

When you’re not in a room turn the lights off.

When the weather is nice hang your clothes out on a line to dry.

Replace your incandescent bulbs with compact fluorescent bulbs. CFL’s use a lot less energy than the traditional incandescent bulbs and they also last longer.

SimpleGPT Paid Me.

I joined SimpleGPT at the begining of last month. I haven't discussed it until now because I didn't want to recommend it until I had received a payment. Tonight I cashed out instantly and within a matter of seconds I had $50.00 credited to my paypal account.




I've tried other GPT (get paid to) sites in the past but never had much luck at getting the offers to credit. I think what makes SimpleGPT so great is the Admin (Doug) and the various Mods.
